Garage Door Protection Kit – Wired Magnetic Contact with AJAX DoorProtect Radio Transmitter
The DS-PD1-MC-RS-AJAX is a garage door protection kit designed to integrate a heavy-duty wired magnetic contact with an Ajax DoorProtect radio transmitter, providing reliable wireless monitoring of garage doors, rolling shutters, sectional doors, and industrial gates.
The kit combines the Hikvision DS-PD1-MC-RS wired magnetic contact, an Ajax DoorProtect wireless transmitter, and an L-shaped mounting bracket, allowing easy installation on doors where a standard magnetic contact cannot be mounted directly.
The DS-PD1-MC-RS features a rugged metal housing, a Normally Closed (NC) contact, and a 65 mm operating gap, making it suitable for demanding environments and heavy-duty door applications.
The included Ajax DoorProtect transmitter converts the wired contact signal into a secure wireless transmission, allowing seamless integration with an Ajax security system while maintaining long communication range and encrypted data transmission.
The supplied L-shaped mounting bracket simplifies installation on rolling doors, sectional garage doors, metal shutters, and industrial gates, ensuring correct alignment between the magnetic contact and magnet.
Designed for residential, commercial, and industrial security applications, this kit provides dependable perimeter protection for large access points while enabling easy integration into modern wireless alarm systems.
